Our Programme Advisory business unit has a proven track record of working with public and private sector clients to deliver complex strategies, set-up, and transformations for major programmes both in the UK and globally, with the ambition of being #1 in the set-up, delivery and recovery of infrastructure programmes combining Asset Management and Programme Advisory capabilities.

Programme Commercial Advisory is a key element of our Programme Advisory business, supporting clients across a wide range of sectors in developing, implementing and optimising commercial strategies which incentivise client outcomes; designing and optimising commercial teams/functions; leveraging intelligent market insights to inform supply-chain engagement approaches; driving efficiency and optimising commercial performance and value. **Job Description**:
As a member of our Programme Commercial Advisory team, you will be expected to contribute across a range of areas, including:

- Developing and analysing economic, social, commercial and supply chain data to provide insights which inform client commercial strategies, packaging / procurement strategies and supply chain optimisation.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to collect and analyse data and insights to develop an overarching market view, whilst seeking opportunities for further data extraction that would add value to clients.
- Identifying opportunities to inform clients decision making and strategic direction through robust market insight.
- Creating and embedding major programme supply chain mapping, deriving insights including capacity, SME usage, localisation and social value creation
- Developing and maintaining platforms for front end presentation of data through dashboards and other materials that present data through multiple lenses that deliver opportunities for clients to drive value.
- Capitalising on digital advances, utilising big data and analytics to increase transparency, inform value optimisation and enhance programme performance.
- Translating strategic intent and vision into effective and realistic tactical commercial solutions.
- Contributing to the assessment of business challenges, as well as development and implementation of optimal commercial solutions.
- Understanding and incorporating a broad range of major programmes and projects experience and lessons learned, linking effectively to other functions within Turner & Townsend, to transform performance and raise industry standards.
- Connecting and collaborating with diverse and multi-disciplinary teams representing Turner & Townsend at client sites, including the development of strong relationships with client’s senior stakeholders.
- Deploying established market engagement strategies, processes, tools, and systems, tailoring these to suit specific circumstances and contributing to their continuous improvement and development.
- Supporting the successful adoption and realisation of business outcomes.
