Talent Acquisition Advisor

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will ensure we source and select the very best talent for our business; fundamental to our continued growth. Using a variety of recruitment methods and working closely with the Head of People and Culture and all hiring managers you will take ownership of the recruitment life-cycle working through to onboarding. Your focus is to provide a time and cost efficient service, working innovatively to find talent across insurance, head office, engineering, workshop and litigation functions. This role requires someone with a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience and who is keen and eager to progress their career and grow their skills within a business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Group Head of People & Culture to understand the needs of key stakeholders & hiring managers
- Work in partnership with hiring managers to offer first line recruitment needs, advice and support
- Own the recruitment model from attraction, interview and onboarding
- Use, promote and continuously review our recruitment toolkit, such as competency-based questions and assessment centres
- Work with line managers to improve effective induction plans across the business
- Compile recruitment reporting
- Work with line managers to target top talent in the industry via headhunting (e.g. LinkedIn), industry events and pipelining where appropriate
- Work with the recruitment agencies where needed and within budget
- Support recruitment projects where needed such as an Applicant Tracking System project via our Bamboo HRIS
- Work with the Group Head of People & Culture to undertake skills gap analysis
- Lead on our programs with apprenticeship providers and engage with local colleges and universities to broaden attraction
**Experience/Qualifications/Skills**
- A minimum of 18 months recruitment experience either agency or inhouse
- Proven experience managing multiple vacancies and deadlines to numerous stake holders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional business
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Someone who will have the ability to advise, guide and train on recruitment best practices over time
- Ambition to grow your knowledge and this function over a very busy growth period.
- Ability to research and present meaningful data and reports

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- No weekends
