As a Property Maintenance Person at Spot Accommodation, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure our properties are well-maintained and ready for guests. Your duties will include:

- **General Repairs**: Conducting routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties.
- **Property Setup**: Assisting with the setup of new properties, including general DIY tasks such as hanging pictures, installing shelves, curtain poles, and blinds.
- **Painting and Decorating**: Performing small painting and decorating jobs to keep properties looking fresh and inviting.
- **Coordination of Specialist Works**: Liaising with and coordinating specialist contractors for more complex tasks such as electrical and plumbing work.
- **Flexible Response**: Being on call to address urgent property needs, with flexibility for some weekend and evening work.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property maintenance, general DIY, or a related field.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of painting, decorating, and general DIY tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license is essential.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings as required.
