**Senior Qualified Occupational Health Advisor**
**Location: Homebased plus 1 day a week in Stevenage**
**Job Type: Full or Part Time Temporary or Fixed term contract**
Occupational Health Staffing are looking to recruit a Qualified Occupational Health Advisor to work on a Full or Part Time Temporary or Fixed term contract basis from home with 1 day a week in Stevenage as part of an occupational health team
The role will involve:

- Undertaking health screening, travel health, health surveillance and case management
- Delivering presentation and reports at forums and meetings
- Supporting the businesses in the delivering Health & Wellbeing Strategy and Campaigns
- Supporting the business in meeting legislative requirements
- Being an integral part of an OH UK wide team
- Undertaking inter site travel
- Working closely with Human Resources and Safety team colleagues
- Provide professional leadership, advice, support and guidance to the occupational health advisors and wider multidisciplinary team, key stake holders and employees.
- Provide leadership and mentoring support to assist the development of junior staff within the team, identifying learning opportunities (both internal and external) in conjunction with the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Providing specialist OH input, to support the development and delivery of wellbeing initiatives and line manager training activities
- Lead on projects to drive service delivery improvements
- Act as a point of contact for other members of the multidisciplinary team in relation to challenging, complex or sensitive issues and support and escalate as required
