**The Role**
As a Senior Associate Producer, you’ll thrive on facilitating the production on multiple project features and activities using your Project Management skills and Communicating across the various teams.
It’s not about being the boss or pushing your creative control, You’re a Senior Associate Producer/Project Manager organising highly passionate developers calling on your experience to get the best out of the teams, resolving issues and relaying critical info.

As our next Senior Associate Producer sitting within our Tech Pillar, using tools and methods such as Jira and Agile Scrum you’ll be running various teams and taking responsibility for delivery of multiple features on core areas of the project comprising of around 50 developers. Reporting to the Producer you’ll have reports into you with Junior and Intermediate level Associate Producers so we’ll be calling on your ability to communicate effectively and relay tasks as needed.
We want you to be influential within the project both with your teams and with Co-Dev Studios handling any issues and risks that arise.
**What you'll bring.**
- Strong experience in Project Management and the ability to create production plans and stick to Roadmaps.
- Organisational skills for running Daily Stand Ups, Progress Tracking and Milestone Planning.
- Ability to find solutions to complex issues and be able to make logical decisions based on the needs of the project.
