Morrison Water Services are currently looking to recruit a Transport Coordinator to work on our Thames Water contract in Dartford. This role supports Morrison’s Water Services mission to maintain our Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme compliance and manage our fleet risk. Ensuring that all procedures, legislation, and administrative process are adhered to, and Driver/Operator behaviour is enhanced.

Our Transport Coordinator will ensure that the daily operation runs effectively at all times, provide administrative support to the Transport Manager in the day-to-day operations of the fleet within the contract.

**As the Transport Coordinator your duties and responsibilities will be**:

- Liaise with the Compliance Service Department
- Manage and Plan Transport equipment from operational Team
- Liaise with the Fleet/MGroup Department regarding Driver, Vehicles and Pant equipment
- Monitor Transport compliance in accordance with Operator Licence
- Monitor in house Transport tools to support regulations and compliance
- Liaise with operational department with regards to compliance and safety
- Keep an accurate and reliable transport document to ensure compliance

**Skills and Knowledge Requirements**:

- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Transport legislation
- Background in Fleet Management
- Good Organisation and Planning skills
- IT skills using outlook, Word and Excel -MS Office Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Secondary school qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently alone and as part of a team
- Meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy of data
