The Firs Home Care Ltd is a friendly run private care provider, the owners have worked together for over 10 years and have high caring experience, providing high quality, personalised care for our clients in their own homes.

Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own We are looking to recruit friendly, compassionate and committed part-time evening and weekend Support Workers.

You will be helping to provide excellent care services to adults in their home. The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. Our clients are individuals, and they all deserve to be treated as such. However, as a general guide, you will be assisting the clients with the many activities of daily living, offering support and companionship to clients and helping clients handle day-to-day self-care/personal care.

Although desirable, no experience is necessary to become a Support Worker as we will provide all the training and support required for you to make a difference to someone’s life.

You choose how many hours you want to work each week and we will aim to meet your requirements. We aim to keep the same Support Workers on the same calls as much as possible. So, when you have a rota you like, we aim to keep it that way.

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
