Patrol Officer

**Car Park Services Ltd work with the Western Health and Social Care Trust to deliver Parking services to South West Acute Hospital.**

**Position: Casual - Patrol Officer**

**Working Hours will be between 8am and 4pm, Monday - Friday**

**Job Duties**:
**The Patrol Officer will be required to**:

- Improve accessibility for all site users
- The protection of emergency blue light routes
- The protection of disabled spaces
- The implementation of effective and fair parking arrangements
- The management of abuse of parking facilities, and reduced congestion from circulating traffic
- Issue parking tickets to drivers of vehicles that contravene the Trust's Car Parking Operational Procedures
- Accompany the Client when collecting cash
- Assist customers
- Assist in implementing health and safety and environmental procedures
- Accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and faults and ensure supervisor is notified and report to the Belfast office immediately
- Any other tasks as required

**Essential Criteria**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous Customer service experience
- Good English Oral and Written communication

**Desirable Criteria**
- SIA (Security Industry Authority) Vehicle immobilisation and or Security licence would be an advantage but not essential.
- Relevant Experience

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Zero hours contract, Part-time
Contract length: 12 weeks

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
