An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing independent estate agency in Doncaster. Due to expansion, we are searching for a driven and ambitious Lettings Negotiator with excellent telephone skills, a hunger to succeed & personal ambition. The successful individual must have a passion for property with an up-to-date understanding of market trends, property values and an awareness of the local competition.

**The role will involve the following tasks**:

- Qualifying & registering new applicants.
- Advise clients about the letting process.
- Arranging & carrying out viewings in line with company’s code of practice.
- Check tenant references.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and inventories.
- Make sure all aspects of the letting meet legal requirements.
- Meet landlords and advise on rents.
- Working closely with the Operations Director to identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding KPI’s.
- Ensuring that you are up to date on lettings legislation.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Must demonstrate excellent customer service.
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Proficiency with computer software.
- Strong determination to meet and exceed company targets.
- Self-motivated and have the ability to use initiative to drive sales.
- Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle to travel to properties for meetings with tenants and landlords.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience within a sales environment is essential.
- Good understanding of Doncaster’s residential property market advantageous.

**Work hours**: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm and every other Saturday, 10 am to 4 pm.

**Start Date**:Immediate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
