**AIRLINE CATERING ASSISTANT / GENERAL OPERATIVES Required**

Aviation Connection are currently recruiting **GENERAL OPERATIVES / FOOD PACKERS **to work at Gatwick Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global industry leading Airline Catering company, with Full Training provided

**Pay**: £12.02
Overtime Pay available paid at £18.03 and £36.06 for bank holidays
**Hours**: 06:00 & 1530 / 0500 & 1330 / 0900 & 1800 or 14:00-23:00 (applicants need to be available for flexible hours)
**Shift**: 5on 3off or 4on 2off (must be flexible to do both)
**Location**: Perimeter Road, Crawley
**Duration**: Ongoing, Temp to Perm Opportunities

**Role & Requirements of an AIRLINE CATERING ASSISTANT / GENERAL OPERATIVE**:

- Preparing food tray sets
- Conducting temperature and quality checks
- Checking stock and flight trollies
- Unloading incoming trollies from flights in preparation for cleaning
- General washing, sorting, assembling and packing of airport equipment
- Stripping airlines trollies and delivering to relevant departments
- Sealing flight canisters, trolleys and recording numbers

REQUIRED TO WORK IN ALL DEPARTMENTS INCLUDING KITCHEN, DISH WASH AREA AND BONDED WAREHOUSE

**Please note**:Due to the nature of our business, we are regulated by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority), therefore it is compulsory for all applicants to provide or be willing to obtain the following:

- Have a full 5-year checkable history (Obtained for you by us)
- Be able to provide a full 5-year address history
- Have an in date and valid Photo ID (Passport, Driving Licence, ID Card etc)
- Be willing to attend Aviation Security Training Courses
