**The role - Supported Housing Officer**

We have a full time permanent opportunity for a **Supported Housing Officer** to join our team, you'll be covering Bournemouth and Dorset.

This role will be out on the field working with residents, visiting properties and liaising with our partners.

As a **Supported Housing Officer,**you'll use your knowledge and skills to provide a comprehensive and effective housing management service for residents in designated supported housing properties managed by Sovereign or by partnership arrangements.It's an intensive and varied housing management role where you'll be dealing with a range of tenancy management and lettings tasks including referrals, occupancy breaches, health and safety audits and managing anti social behaviour.

You'll be part of a small team reporting to the Housing Services Manager, you will need to be an excellent collaborator and communicator.

To be successful in this role you will have:
