Robert Half are currently recruiting a Management Accountant on a permanent basis with an SME based in Swindon. This role would suit someone actively studying ACCA/CIMA or recently qualified seeking a varied role with the opportunity to add value and implementchange.

**The role**

The Management Accountant will report directly into the Head Of Finance and will be pivotal in supporting with the groups accounts production. This is a varied role, requiring someone who can work well under pressure and turn their hand to multiple tasks.The role will include but not be limited to:

- Management accounts preparation for multiple entities.
- Journals, accruals and prepayments.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Financial analysis to include variance analysis.
- Managing the bank and payments.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Opportunity to support with budgeting and forecasting.
- Business partnering with non-finance stakeholders.

**Profile**

This role would suit someone who is keen to learn and add value, with a solutions orientated mindset. Key attributes will include:

- Actively studying ACCA/CIMA or recently qualified.
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills (vlookups and pivot tables as a minimum).
- Capable of picking up new systems and working across multiple systems.
- Experience of preparing management accounts, preferably within an SME.
