**Overview**

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation and work within their Compliance department.

They are looking for a customer-centric individual that will consider the overall customer impact and experience to ensure they always deliver the best outcome for customers.

**The role**

You will:

- Develop Python skills and use to bring new automation within the Compliance/Customer care team improving efficiency and reducing manual tasks
- Supporting implementation of new MI and review current reporting methods
- Conduct reviews of current processes and propose new ideas for improvement
- Assist in the implementation of new and changing procedures
- Provide analytical support to compliance and customer care, dealing with queries and analysis for stakeholders

- SQL experience
- Python - understanding
- BI tools
- Experience in a similar role
- Autonomous
