**Key responsibilities**:

- Leave clear system notes of each task so a timeline can be accessed
- Answer calls from our customers and respond to any queries they may have
- Make outbound calls to relevant parties to gather required information
- Work as part of a team to ensure targets are achieved
- Experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys being part of a hardworking team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English
