**Are you an experienced media planner looking to work on two clients for a global network media agency?**

**The Company**

Are you an **Planning Director**looking for their next role and want to join one of the agencies in the **'big six'**. I have a role available in London right now for an agency who wants someone to come in and work with two of their most interesting clients.

This agency is looking for a confident and driven individual to join their team as a Planning Director. As the Planning Director, you will be able to create a positive spirit within your team. The new Planning Director will be approached and will be ableto support the junior members of the team.

The agency you will be joining is a member of the world's largest media network working across 100 countries. One of the clients you will be working with is a luxury cruise holiday company, and the other is new innovative bank looking to do thing their ownway.

**The Role**
- You will take overall responsibility for effective client relationships in terms of service levels, integration, output, and client service teams.
- You will ensure the planning process is delivered end to end, mobilising appropriate resources from across the network to develop strategic, integrated, consumer focused solutions to client business challenges.
- You will ensure that all administration associated with a campaign is kept up-to-date and that all team members adhere to this.
- You will attract, retain, and develop great people.
- Ability to write and support planning recommendations that are underpinned by insight.
- Ability to build a strong professional relationship with colleagues, cross-agency team, and clients.
- Encourage regular feedback within the team both positive and constructive.
- Experience of line management and a clear idea of own leadership style.
