This is a great opportunity for a recruitment professional to develop their career and work closely with a professional HR Director as a Recruitment Specialist.

The role is exciting. As the internal recruiter you will be joining a Corporate organisation and with your help, build a new in-house approach to recruitment.

This fabulous role also offers you the chance to make the role your own. The HR Director is very open to change and new ideas and strategies to ensure the smooth running of the whole recruitment process from advert to the onboard experience and training.You must want to be part of a hugely successful business and grow with it and along the way build a great relationship with internal Managers.

**The role**

The role is to manage the recruitment process from authorisation to onboarding, which will include
- Liaising with managers to write job descriptions and internal/external adverts
- Seeking and using appropriate social media, job boards and head hunting resources if required and building relationships with the chosen agencies.
- Booking of interviews with the Manager’s diaries

Aside from recruiting the role is to also support the HR team with offers and also develop the whole recruitment process offering a more streamlined experience for the Managers within the business.

You will need to create a recruitment strategy, working closely with the HR Director and develop and deliver a recruitment selection training course to the Mangers.

Due to the size of the organisation and the rapid ongoing growth it is the responsibility of the Recruitment Specialist to track the status of all vacancies and analyse the success of the recruitment and retention rates.

**Experience Required**:

- Recruitment experience, able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the recruitment cycle.
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage own workload to tight deadlines, including balancing, planning and organising multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good understanding of recruitment practice and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
- Good problem solver
- Good team player

A certificate in Human Resources is desired but is by no means essential.

You must however have a desire for delivering a first class service to customers and colleagues and want to grow with a superb organisation who are top of their game and work within a rapidly expanding business.
