Immediate Opportunity for an experienced Multi-skilled trade person who can deliver a first class repair service.

Offering a starting salary of £42,000 and £45,000 after the successful completion of 3 months probation period.

Block Maintenance provides repairs and maintenance service to the Block Management Sector including Managing Agents, Estate Agents and Private Landlords.

Most of our work is providing day to day ad-hoc maintenance response for managing agents to investigate and repair a wide range of issues within communal areas and properties of developments.

It’s important that you are competent as a multi skilled tradesman with a broad range of skills, as you will have to investigate, diagnose and repair a wide variety of issues such as: Basic Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and Decorating, Window and Door Repairs, Brick work/Paving

MUST HAVE:

- Must have previous experience working in a multi skilled environment.
- Must be fluent in English language both spoken and written
- Must have basic IT skills and be able to use a smartphone
- Must be health and safety aware and be able to work in a clean and orderly manor when on site
- Must have own transport for initial trial/probationary period, thereafter we will provide van for business use.

Location

North, East and South London and Essex

Core hours 8-5 Monday to Friday
