**Community Support Worker Role**
You will provide support and companionship to a range of adults living in their own homes in **Urmston, Sale, Altrincham, Hale** and surrounding areas.
Compassionate care group has a varied client base, each individual requiring different help and support. You will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings
- Providing personal care to those who require it
- Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym.
- Preparing meals
- Assisting with medication
- Light cleaning and household duties
- You will have a kind nature and good communication skills
- Good listening skills and a willingness to learn
- A genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives
- You will need to demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude, person centred values, energy and commitment to providing an exceptional quality service
- Full clean driving license and access to a car is essential
- Available to work alternate weekends
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
