**Maternity Cover Contract - 12 months**

We're on the lookout for an incredibly talented Marketing Manager who is proven in leading Brand Marketing, PR and Social activity, successfully raising awareness and profile, and driving significant ROI. It's essential that the brand strategy is cohesiveacross all our channels, and this role will own and facilitate this to capture the attention of our customers, keeping them engaged and wanting more.

Our brand has massively evolved over the last few years, but particularly on a Marketing front. From nailing our brand values and carving out our mission, to making some almighty strides in achieving our vision. Our female squad is on fire, we've launchedsome pretty impressive campaigns (if we do say so ourselves) and we've forged great relationships with some hugely inspiring people. **The role.**
- Lead and deliver the brand communications strategy and activity across all AS channels - Retail, Web, Wholesale and Direct Selling,
- Management of our Influencer strategy, programme and content to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Brief and manage the development of communication assets for PR and social activations.
- Manage social, influencer and PR reporting platforms as well as providing and compiling analysis for campaign, trade and MD review decks.
- Manage all PR, Influencer and Media Agencies, ensuring they are delivering to brand expectations
- Oversee social and media activity for the Executive Chair (including TV opportunities, PR enquiries, content planning and capture)
- Brief content creation and strategies to external agencies to develop engaging brand storytelling which amplifies reach and creates brand affinity.
- Identify opportunities where Ann Summers can create other newsworthy and consumer worthy opportunities.
- Stakeholder management, keeping our stakeholders well informed and up to date on all activities
- Budget management and ownership
- Line management of the Brand Communications Co-ordinators, responsibilities including regular 1:1s, training, coaching, PDPs, etc.

**You will have.**
- A true passion for the AS brand and what we stand for
- A proven track record in Brand Marketing, ideally within the Retail, Leisure or Hospitality industry
- Experience leading PR & Influencer activity/projects
- Innovation and creative thinking, pushing the boundaries to strive for GREAT
- The ability to build strong relationships across several departments, partnering and influencing to work cohesively, both internally and externally
- A strategic and organised approach underpinned by strong business acumen
- Analytical thinking, considering all data and insight to get to the best result
- Exceptional attention to detail
