For this role you will need to be:

- Activewear, sportswear or athleisure / jersey experienced
- Experience with grading & workbooks
- Daily supplier communication
- A true team player with a collaborative ''can do' attitude
- You will naturally want to help those around you on your own team but cross functionally too

This role will involve:

- Work with your product development and design team to ensure that your critical path is being managed along with your sample tracker
- Own all fit processes from grading, workbook management & supplier communication
- Ability to set up standardised blocks for best sellers
- Be adaptable to a fast paced environment
- Create new specs for initial samples, working closely with your wider team to bring newness into the business
- Confident to review the supply base and capabilities, an ideal applicant may be able to introduce and onboard new suppliers
- Manage test reports, quality checks, care labels and supplier manuals
- Request AQL reports from your suppliers and manage the production seal process
