**Head of Business Partnering - Hybrid from Windsor - Up to £55,000 per annum**

**The Company**

My client are a well-known and respected organisation based in Windsor that are seeking to appoint a new Head to their Finance Business Partner function, to lead a small and close-knit finance team.

This will include partnering with the wider finance team to understand fully around forecasting, budgeting, month-end accounts, new product introductions, and audit activities.

**The role**
Primary responsibilities involve supporting senior management in monitoring and driving improvements in performance.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Business partnering to the business primarily through the operations functions
- Working with a breadth of financial and non-financial stakeholders, including branch staff and support functions
- Preparation of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc information, both financial and non-financial
- Financial analysis and benchmarking of monthly performance; understand commercial drivers impacting performance and identify/share best practice across the Business
- Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Financial modelling of business cases where required
- Support the development and implementation of a new budgeting tool
- Whilst reporting will be strongly revenue-focused there will be exposure to the P&L
- Ability to take on and progress project work alongside regular reporting processes

**Key criteria for the Head of Finance Business Partnering**:

- Fully Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA/ACCA/CIMA) as a preference
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and management accounts processes
- Strong understanding of Excel and experience working on SAP would be useful
- Strong communication skills with an ability to build positive relationships at all levels
- Demonstrable leadership skills and a clear vision for team development
