We are now looking for a Plumber to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis working 37 hours per week.

**The Role**
As a Plumber, you will undertake a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance at the properties we manage.
Detecting problems, identifying solutions and carrying out repair work, you will use a right-first-time approach and quickly complete work to high standard.
You will ensure you have sufficient stock to complete work and provide an outstanding level of customer service to enhance satisfaction levels and achieve performance targets.
Additionally, you will act as a mentor and coach for apprentices.
**About You**
To be considered as a Plumber, you will need:

- A City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in domestic plumbing
- A customer-focused approach
- The ability to work in confined spaces, and at height
- Good verbal and written communication
- A full, valid driving licence
Due to the nature of the role, you will also be required to have a basic criminal record (DBS) check, which we will pay for.
