Ten Arches Logistics LTD is a rapidly expanding logistics company based in Lutterworth.

You need to collect and return the vehicle to Lutterworth each day.

The purpose of this role is to deliver parcels on a multi-drop basis to customers, within a defined geographical area (**Coventry, Bedworth, Corley Ashbury, Exhall, Bedworth and Allesley**), providing the best customer service whilst operating within a safe working environment.

**Job description**

Benefits of Driver/Courier Role:

- **All the costs for the on-boarding process is fully covered by us**:

- Van and insurance are provided and Ten Arches pays for **(NO RENTAL TO PAY)**:

- No van deposit
- All fuel cost is covered by us, **fuel cards provided**:

- **Weekly Pay** **- 2 weeks in arrears**:

- Pre-planned delivery routes between 8 and 9 hours (arrive at station, load and go within 15 minutes)
- Additional performance incentives and reward scheme in place to boost your earnings (you could earn an **extra** **up to £27/day**)
- **4-6 working days** available per week, including one weekend day (**you can choose your own days**)
- Full uniform provided and Ten Arches pays for
- **4 days of paid training (£90.00/day+VAT **_if applicable_**)**:

- Additional seasonal incentives
- Support from a professional accountancy company (invoices, registering for an UTR, VAT etc.)

**Driver/Courier requirements**:

- **NO CV OR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED **:

- Hold a full valid and current **driving license UK/EU for at least of 1 year**:

- Have no more than 6 points with no IN or DR codes
- Positive Attitude, Hard Working, Motivated and Customer obsessed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Churchover, Warwickshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
