Assent Building Control Ltd is an innovative and professional established national surveying company looking to recruit a part time Administrator/Finance Assistant to join the team at our Liverpool Office, working 3 days per week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a professional business that is constantly looking to expand whilst always striving to improve the service they provide.
You will develop and grow this challenging role and within it you will be required to:
- have Sage and Finance experience which is desirable.
- support surveyors by undertaking numerous general administration duties
- answer the telephone and take messages in a professional and friendly manner
- meet and greet clients and arrange refreshments
- manage the bespoke in-house database
- contribute to improving and developing the quality management tools and bespoke IT platform
- identify and solve problems and provide excellent customer care
- work to strict deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
- Building Control experience would be advantageous
- have 5 years plus experience which is desirable
You will need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and an excellent communicator. You will have strong administration, IT and customer care experience, have exceptional organisation skills and have a keen eye for detail. In house training will be given.

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per annum, pro rata
Annual Leave entitlement: 30 days annual leave, pro rata plus bank holidays
