CK Group are recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join a diagnostics company at their site in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire on a contract basis for 12 months.
**Salary**:
Daily £120.00-£135.00 per day PAYE
**Payroll & Benefits Specialist Role**:

- Responsible for executing HR system data maintenance and administrative activities in a timely and accurate manner
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the People Support Solutions delivery through analysis of the interactions and collaboration with other P&C functions within and outside of People Support Solutions.
- Manage the payroll activities to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes and other deductions
- Manages the various mandatory reporting and declarations and interacts directly with the concerned internal and external stakeholders (amongst others: Tax administration, Insurers for benefits, actuaries, etc.)..
- Supervises Time & Benefits administration and reporting activities, provides expertise and advice for managing Benefits plans (healthcare, death & disability, early-retirement, profit sharing, etc.)

**Your Background**:

- University degree, HR would be preferred.
- You need a broad understanding across local HR processes and tools, as well as local and global downstream impacts on employee lifecycle management, finance, procurement, IT, etc.
- Strong customer focus, communication skills and solution orientation.
- Previous experience in an HR area and/or working experience in a team and service delivery or customer care environment.
