An accountancy practice requires an experienced Payroll Administrator based in their Manchester office to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will work as part of a team, responsible for the timely and accurate processing of client's payrolls.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing end to end payroll for clients payrolls
- annual, weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly.
- Setting up new starters, processing leavers, salary adjustments
- Calculation of commission and bonuses
- Payroll calculation, including statutory payments and deductions
- Liaising with HMRC
- Submission of pension information to multiple providers
- Managing queries from clients relating to pay
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Producing payroll reports
- Ad hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- End to end payroll experience
- Client's payroll or high-volume in-house experience
- Ability to manually calculate payslips
- Strong legislation knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good systems knowledge
