WoolOvers Group is a successful collection of Online and Mail Order Brands based in Burgess Hill.

We are looking for additional members for our contact centre department and help spread our love for knitwear and lifestyle products all over the world. Based at our headquarters in Burgess Hill, you'll be a key member of the team providing outstanding customer service to our highly valued customers. This is a very exciting role in a growing business, we have just been named as one of The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 fastest growing companies in the UK. We are looking to energetic, friendly and organised customer service agents to join our team.

**Vacancy information**:
Flexible schedule working 5 out of 7 days on a rotation.

Shifts typically 07:00 - 16:00, 08:30 - 17:30 or 10:00 - 19:00

**23+ £10.42**

**21-22 £10.18**

**Under 21 £7.49**

**Day to Day**

You will be required to respond to incoming customer telephone calls and to provide excellent customer service.
- Answering general enquiries
- Processing payments
- Returns
- Folding and reconditioning garments
- React to order problems and complaints
- Cleanse customer records
