A young Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team who work across an impressive array of high end residential projects.

The successful Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to an impressive array of projects including new builds, refurbishments, and extensions within the private sector, working for architects and private clients.

**The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor**

The lead Quantity Surveyor and Director are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable taking on projects from inception to completion, providing pre and post cost management services with little support.

Although small, the practice are set up to support MRICS training whilst also offering fast paced career progression.
