We require a Senior Concierge for a development located in East London. The development consists of 1400 residential units and is located a few minutes away from Canary Wharf.

As the Senior Concierge, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership and you will help to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders including residents and external contractors.

**Key duties will also include**:

- To assist the Building Manager in leading, managing and motivating a team of 30 members of staff;
- Ensuring the provision of a high quality and efficient concierge, valet and housekeeping service to residents at all times;
- Building strong working relationships with residents, guests, external contractors and colleagues;
- Ensuring that all health and safety tests and activities are performed in a timely manner and recorded accurately for inspection purposes.

Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience of and proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a large team of staff;
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet numerous tight deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills (to speak confidently, listen attentively, and write concisely);
- Training and/or knowledge of IOSH and COSHH desirable.
**Working Hours**: 4on 4off 7am-7pm
**Salary**:up to £30k depending on experience.
