As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be directly responsible for supporting the end to end recruitment lifecycle for these positions from sign off to handing over to our New Hire onboarding team.
This is a unique opportunity to action recruitment strategies for a part of the business to help bring exciting new products, platforms, and services to life that will define our future.
This role will be based at our ADI Global Distribution EMEA HQ where our EMEA TA team is based.
**JOB DUTIES**
- Build relationships with hiring manager and key stakeholders to educate and execute on recruitment needs, and gain understanding of business strategy and talent acquisition needs/gaps.
- Help support our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy to recruit, develop and retain the most talented people for Resideo.
- Effectively achieve recruiting results by approaching the talent market with innovative sourcing strategies.
- Operate with a high level of expertise and independence in day-to-day tasks with the support and guidance of the TA Leader.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Proficiency in end to end Talent Acquisition or recruitment agency life cycle in a corporate recruiting team, recruitment agency, or RPO.
- Ability to recruit across a wide spectrum of technical roles and varying levels of seniority and entry level roles.
- The ability to own, manage and influence the recruitment cycle for intake to offer.
