**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a range of fried foods according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, including the fryer area.
- Assist with meal preparation and other cooking tasks as needed.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and taste.
- Collaborate with serving staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.
- Help manage inventory by reporting stock levels of frying oils and other necessary ingredients.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques, particularly frying methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for cooking and providing high-quality meals to customers.
