**What will my role look like?**

Our Finance Team is expanding and an exciting opportunity for a Group Commercial Finance Manager - Real Estate has arisen

Reporting into the Head of Group Real Estate Finance, the Group Commercial Finance Manager will be key to developing and implementing consistent capex forecasting and ROI analysis across the Group.

**What would my main responsibilities be?**
- Capex cash flow management and forecast at group level, focussing on a 13 week cash draw down plan, with sign off and control with the Head of Department.
- Support on the development and standardisation of the capital planning cycle across all countries and collation at Group level feeding into regular forecasting and the budgeting process.
- Support the development and standardisation of capital appraisal processes across the Group.
- Business partner to the Group Property team based in Blackburn to collate, report, analyse and forecast capital spend and key variances versus the financial plans.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual commercial reporting and communication of capex activity including Group actual capex.
- Support on the financial integration of new acquisitions into the Group with respect to capex reporting and forecasting.
- Support country finance teams in the budgeting process with respect to capex.
- Supporting on other projects within the Group Real Estate Finance team as required.

- ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), 2-3 years post qualification.
- Experience of business partnering, forecasting and commercial analysis.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment, to multitask, to get into detail where needed and to meet deadlines on a timely basis.
- Strong relationship and communication skills.
- Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Analytical tools such as PowerBI would be beneficial.
