The role is a new position reporting to our Marketplace Assistant.
Some aspects of the day to day role:
- Creating listings on Amazon and marketplaces
- Translating the descriptions into local languages
- Managing customer support
- Responding to reviews and questions on the listings
- Processing the vendor POs Track the invoices and payments on Amazon Vendor Work with the team to ensure all copy, imagery, and videos meet Amazon needs and are up to date.
- Manage inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities on all marketplaces
- Research on keywords for listings and ppc campaigns

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience of Amazon
- Previous experience of Ecommerce
- Passion for detail and customer satisfaction
- Interest in marketing and creative copy writing
