The HR Administrator role is critical to providing a comprehensive, professional, and efficient day to day Admin support to all our employees and stakeholders with regards to their people queries and needs. In the role of HR Administrator, you will workclosely with the HR officer to provide seamless administrative support to the HR function covering all parts of the employee lifecycle.

Page Personnel is representing a Manufacturing Company based in Telford.

**Description**

The key responsibilities of HR Administrator will be to;
- Working with the HR Team to automate and streamline processes within the HR function
- Administer the new starter on-boarding process, including offer letters, contracts of employments, issuing Corporate Induction invites and setting up new starters
- Act as a professional first point of contact for all general HR admin enquires
- Be the custodian of the company's HR system ensuring we capture and maintain accurate information in our HR Systems
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate HR records that demonstrate full compliance with procedures and applicable UK Legislation

**Profile**

The successful HR Administrator will have;
- Experience in a similar HR Admin role
- Experience of using HR/Payroll/Recruitment systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word packages
- Awareness of Employment Law Legislation

**Job Offer**

The HR Administrator will be offered;
- Salary up to £28,000
- Hybrid working
- Permanent contract
