At the Glenbourne Unit we are actively recruiting a Ward Clerk to support Bridford ward, rated outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. Bridford Ward is a 19 bedded Female Acute Ward. Here at the Glenbourne we received an overall rating of outstanding, and we are one of only a few units of its kind to achieve this rating within the UK. The unit was praised in particular for the compassionate care provided by staff, noting the 2015 mental health inpatient survey that rated nurses at the Glenbourne unit the highest in the country for treating patients with dignity and respect. Our environment and organisation is supportive and driven to deliver quality, evidence based patient care, we have a clear focus on Quality Improvement and Safewards and strive to achieve a caring recovery focused environment and a supportive environment to develop in. The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the staff on the Bridford Ward, Glenbourne Unit.
