**ABOUT THE DELIVERY CONSULTANT ROLE**:

- You will recruit for a variety of positions in the engineering and manufacturing sector
- You must be able to take a brief, identify the requirements of the role and be capable of using your EXPERT skills to fill many roles
- You must develop excellent professional working relationships with clients to identify new opportunities for business
- You must consistently exceed client expectations by providing an attentive and thorough recruitment service.
- You will report your successes to management, sharing your insights and gaining outside opinions to narrow down your search

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:

- 12+ months experience in a similar recruitment role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing a diverse range of roles (permanent/interim)
