To give you the best possible experience as a team member, our semi-independent group and solo-living Homes are close to our Head Office and in-house Training venue in Crewe, Cheshire.

**Requirements of Care Worker**:

- Hold a driving licence for a car and the willingness to drive for work;
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for delivering child-centred care and support**;**:

- Hold the Right to Work in the UK

**Responsibilities of **Care **Worker**:
To enable you to build solid professional relationships and succeed as part of our team, you will dedicate your commitment to one Residential Children's Home to:

- Enable access to safe and supportive educational and leisure activities
- Support the development of life skills including building and sustaining positive relationships and independence skills such as budgeting, shopping, and cooking
- Conduct daily care visits to looked after children (LAC) living in a group environment, ensuring the Home is clean, hygienic and well-equipped
- Represent Homes for Support and advocate for children in our partnership with professionals

- Salary range: £25,200.00 to £39,564.00 (depending on the working pattern and professional qualifications)

- 2 days work, 4 days off work (10 shifts per month, 150 hours per month and 14 days annual leave)
- 3 days work, 3 days off work (15 shifts per month, 228 hours per month and 21 days annual leave)
