The role of Systems & Site Compliance Trainee works within our operations team delivering one of our clients’ hyperfast full-fibre network, currently in Dorset and Hampshire. This exciting role has 2 main objectives. Firstly, to become an expert in our main work platform, to then train and provide continual support to our field operatives in evidencing their work on this platform. This is essential to the delivery of project milestones, and to allow our client to have sight of our progress. Secondly, to shadow and support our field management team with the goal of becoming a hybrid site supervisor (hybrid meaning a good understanding of civils, cabling and PIA works). This would include being trained in our client’s build specification, BT PIA specification, the SROH, street works code of practice, and our internal audit system, to ensure that our operatives are working safely, compliantly, and to a good quality.

- Must have a full UK driving license, van will be provided

**Experience**:
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
