We are seeking a reliable and hard-working **Kitchen Porter/Helper** to join our team at Kaycho. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a kitchen environment and is eager to learn from experienced chefs. As a Kitchen Porter/Helper, you will be a crucial part of our team, helping to keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in food preparation under the guidance of chefs.
- Wash, clean, and store kitchen utensils, equipment, and dishes.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage waste and recycling, keeping the kitchen tidy and efficient.
- Support the kitchen team with tasks as needed during peak times.
- Stock and restock ingredients, equipment, and cleaning supplies.

**Desired Criteria**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to take direction from senior kitchen staff.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
