**Property Services Administration roles available**

**Location: Oxfordshire**

**Length: 1 x permanent, 1 x 6-month Fixed Term Contract**

**Hours: 37 hours a week, Mon - Fri**

**Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office**

**Salary: £26,500 per annum**
- Main responsibilities of the role:_
- Working within the Property Services Team, provide a comprehensive administrative service including uploading documents, taking minutes, producing mail merges and maintain manual and computerised office systems
- Issue, monitor and complete contractor orders, and raise contractor invoices and special payments to residents as required
- Assist with the management of asbestos in residential homes by processing test results, updating asbestos systems and issuing timely letters to tenants
- Assist in calling utility companies to ensure a smooth hand over of gas and electric meters at void stage
- Carry out repair based surveys and accurately record responses
- Respond to a wide range of enquiries from tenants, contractors and members of the public within agreed timescales
- Assist Customer Services colleagues by acting as a ‘Customer Service Agent’, answering phone calls and dealing with tenant queries including issuing repair orders to contractor
- Essential requirements:_
- You must have excellent IT skills including experience of computerised office systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with a logical approach are required for this role alongside good communication skills
