**OVERVIEW**

Pathway is a leading institutional investment management firm that creates and manages private market solutions for institutional investors worldwide. We are looking to add a marketing RFP specialist to our marketing team. The team is responsible for marketing Pathway and its solutions to investors and consultants. Pathway offers multiple products related to its customized portfolios and commingled funds, which invest in primary investments, secondaries, direct equities, and direct credits across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure. The individual is expected to spend ~75% of his/her time on RFP activities and ~25% of his/her time on related marketing activities.

This position reports to the Vice President-Marketing Operations.

**SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Project management of the RFP/RFI/DDQ process for new business and existing client service requests, which includes the following:

- Liaising with internal stakeholders from marketing/sales, investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams
- Managing timelines and internal deadlines
- Editing existing content and writing new content that demonstrates a robust understanding of the firm’s capabilities, properly conveys Pathway’s strengths, and is tailored to each project
- Ensuring that all materials are high-quality and delivered on time
- Collaborating with global team across multiple time zones
- Promoting best practices to continually improve RFP/RFI/DDQ process
- Managing content library within the RFP platform and, where relevant, other marketing collateral, including presentations, handouts, and newsletters
- Producing content for ad hoc requests
- Supporting development of presentations for sales team as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business/management, finance, marketing, or relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP writing, or relevant field; preference for financial services
- Demonstrable technical and creative writing skills
- Ability to develop written content from financial services concepts and ideas
- Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong project management, interpersonal, and delegation skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work with limited supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite products
- Experience with RFP tools/software a plus
