**About The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated**Multi Skilled Facilities Manager**to join our team across NI, Ireland & Scotland. You will have a core trade in carpentry, electriocal & minor works. You will also have landscaping experience. You will be working in the field covering sites/stores across NI, Ireland & Scotland.

**Purpose of the role**:

- You will provide a high quality**fault fixing**and**maintenance**service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio.
- You will be included in our**out of hours**service, ensuring the**safety**of our**customers**at all times.
- You will act as an ambassador for**DV8 & our brand.**

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- You will have a core trade in**carpentry, electrical & landscaping**achieved by either a formal qualification, or qualified by experience.
- You will have good general**multi-skilled abilities**.
- You will have a good level of literacy and numeracy.

**This is a full time opportunity although part time (minimum 30 hours per week) may be available.**

To be considered for the role of Multi Skilled Technician, you will:

- Be highly competent
- Have a**positive, can do attitude**:

- Have exceptional**customer service**skills with the ability to engage customers and communicate with them effectively and confidently
- Ideally have experience working in customers properties
- ** Hold a full, valid UK/EU driving licence**(this will be checked with the DVLA)
- Be able to work by yourself and as part of a wider team, engaging in a number of large maintenance tasks
