A pharmaceutical company has a new opportunity for a Quality Assurance Co-ordinator to join their team on a 9-12-month contract. You will be working with the QA Technical Lead to share administration and support the various elements of the quality managementsystems. You will need a scientific degree and previous Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience. Hybrid working available.

**Responsibilities**
- Share administration and support of the various elements of the quality management system.
- Receive, review, and provide responses to customer enquiries related to quality assurance issues for supplied products and services.
- Administration of the standard operating procedures.
- Provide administrative assistance for all QA documentation requests.
- Where applicable assist senior members of the team with customer & third-party audits.
- Providing timely responses to customer requests from the Quality in box.
- Write technical responses to customer complaints in order to come to a speedy resolution to the issue raised
- Assist with requirements in connection with ISO9001, IPEC Guidelines, EXCiPACT and other regulations/guidelines.
- Deal with any requests into work management and the shared inbox to the required level of detail, in an appropriate timeline to meet the customers' requirements.
- Experience conducting supplier, internal and customer audits.

**Experience**
- Scientific degree
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance or Quality Control
- Excel, Word & E-mail knowledge.
- Up to date knowledge of cGLP/GDP/GMP, ISO 9001, Excipact, FDA/MHR.
- Technical experience from the Pharmaceutical, Food, Chemical or Excipients industry
- Effective knowledge of Pharma or Food Industry
- Handling of Customer Service requests
- Oracle
- Has worked in a customer facing role
- Internal and External Auditing
- Has knowledge of ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards
- Good organisational and presentation skills.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working
- Can influence and communicate effectively across all departments
- Directing objectives to maximise profitability
- Familiar with Lean Techniques and problem-solving tools (FMEA & Mistake proofing techniques).
