**The Role**

CSG has many ongoing and pipeline business change and improvement initiatives that aim to contribute to delivering CSG’s vision “to become the recognised global leader in education and public sector procurement services”.

Due to rapid growth and development, the Group has multiple strategic and complex; people, technology, infrastructure and commercial initiatives being executed at any one time.

**As such, CSG is looking to hire an experienced Business Analyst to join the organisation to support the delivery of one of its trading division’s digital transformation strategy and reset the business’ digital core**.

The project is currently in the requirements gathering phase and is being managed as a Waterfall project until the preferred vendor is selected and approval is received to go into implementation / mobilisation.

**Key Duties**

**Understanding the Current State**:

- Comprehension of business drivers for delivery of the business digital transformation strategy
- Capturing, reviewing and validating with process owners existing current as-is business processes and use cases (incl. customer journey mapping)
- Completing a gap analysis, risk & opportunity identification

**Requirements Gathering**:

- Develop high-level capabilities to support the project team and business during soft market testing
- Develop a specification of requirements to inform the vendor selection / procurement process - incl. acceptance criteria

**To-Be Processes**:

- Document initial to-be processes
- Clear communication of the new state & it’s benefits to all stakeholders
- After vendor selection, document final to-be processes - required to inform the needed change management

**What we need from you**
- Proven working experience as a Business Analyst supporting an ERP (incl. warehouse management) implementation project
- Proven ability of capturing detailed as-is business processes and generating detailed to-be processes
- Proven ability to plan and facilitate requirements gathering interviews and workshops with stakeholders at all levels within an organisation (incl. senior business users)
- Proven ability to accurately capture & articulate business requirements for external vendor selection
- Strong experience in dealing with senior business users, determining priorities as well as resolving issues
- Good understanding and knowledge of Project Management processes and styles
- Experience of providing update reports to Project Managers and maintaining clear records available to project stakeholders
