We are currently recruiting for an **Administrative Assistant** in our Harrogate, UK office.

Reporting to the Office Administrator level 4, you will be part of our administrative team and will also work directly with a wide range of individuals at all levels, including management and directors.

**Responsibilities for this position include**:

- Assisting in the booking and preparation of conferences & travel
- Assisting the Financial Administrator with basic financial tasks
- Providing administrative support as required
- Maintaining electronic and manual management information systems
- Answering telephone enquiries from staff and attending to visitors
- Scanning, copying, and printing documents as required
- Setting up and clearing boardrooms before and after meetings
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail
- Filing papers and documents

**Qualifications for this position include**:

- Five GCE/GCSE O levels, including English Language and Mathematics at Grade C or above, or one year's experience within a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff at all levels
- Must be enthusiastic, flexible, and a team player
- Exposure to sensitive information will necessitate considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement
