**Full Time - 40 hours per week**

We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour

Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour

Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour

We also recognise everyone plays their part to provide amazing service.

**On top of your salary you can** **earn up to £1,000 service charge per quarter (points based criteria for eligibility).**

**About the Role**
- Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness - Saunas, Steam Rooms, Changing rooms & showers, Treatment rooms, Public bathrooms, Horto, Pool area and Roof Top Spa.
- Clean and service allocated areas to the highest standards of cleanliness - M&E Public areas and Restaurants.
- Comply with health and safety and COSHH requirements, ensuring correct signage and products are used in correct areas.
- Ensure Cleaning store cupboards are kept orderly and replenished to the correct levels with cleaning materials.
- Ensure that all corridors and public areas are kept clean and tidy ensuring that equipment does not block any thoroughfares.
- Report lost property via the proper procedure.
- Maintain the highest levels of security ensuring that the Spa is secured after cleaning, keys are kept secure at all times and immediately reporting any suspicious behaviour or characters.
- Report any faults of equipment to maintenance immediately and also any faults within guest/staff areas.
- Undertake any periodic and special cleaning requirements as necessary.

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role is required
- Good knowledge of housekeeping processes and procedures is desirable
- Basic English communication skills
- Organised with an eye for detail and maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Being positive, trustworthy and teamwork focussed.
