**Salary**: £24,020 - £28,259 depending on experience

**About The Role**

Day-to-Day duties working as a Scheduling Support will involve:

- Creating operational work orders and other associated administrative tasks to build the delivery plan
- Supporting the overall priority of work
- Co-ordinating work with other areas of the business and having a holistic view of all work required to be completed ‘on day’ and short to long term.
- Assisting in the administration of scheduling activities, in line with guidelines, procedures and training
- Supporting in the delivery of training of new staff where appropriate to ensure consistency of approach and compliance with standard processes and procedures
- Participating in the measurement of individual and team objectives, to enable Network performance gaps to be identified and improved
- Ensuring data assurance and interrogating systems where required to obtain information to aid the job instructions and ensure completion is right first time.

**What You'll Bring**
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office desktop packages.
- Ability to use other core systems (SAP, ClickSoftware).
