**Job Title**: Project Support Apprentice **Department**: Sales & Marketing, Project Management Office **Location**:Grimsby R**eports to**:Project Manager

**Position Summary - **Main job functions
- Provide administrative support in the day-to-day planning and delivery of projects and related activities.
- Through work experience, study and professional development (both academic and vocational) complete a course of study to obtain an accredited qualification.
- With mentoring and support you will be required to complete tasks to a high standard and ensure they are carried out in strict compliance with internal policies, procedures, and current legislation to ensure that quality is upheld.

**Principle Accountabilities - **Duties, Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Support the Project Manager in the development of Project plans and schedules for assigned client orders.
- Support with clients regarding aspects of customer orders and deliveries.
- Aid Project Manager to ensure on time delivery for project resources both internally and externally where required.
- Provide a secretariat function for internal and external meetings.
- Support the development and submission of customer progress reports, as required.
- Provide assistance to the Sales & Customer Support team when necessary.

**Experience Required**
- Telephone and Computer work
- Organising and prioritising a varied workload with minimum amount of supervision
- Completing a range of clerical and administrative tasks

**Knowledge Required**

Understanding business requirements (e.g., Health and Safety, ISO9001 and API Standard. Employment Law)

**Qualifications / Skills Required**
- Computer literate & a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Office)
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Demonstrate good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Willingness to enrol on relevant courses
- Ability to act with integrity and abide by UK GDPR principles and obligations
- Diligent with a calm demeanour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £4.81-£10.26 per hour
