**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
1) Technical Support & Trouble Shooting
- Onsite / telephone / WhatsApp technical support for all sectors
- Diagnose in-field product issues and implement remedial/repair solutions

2) Goods Return Process
- To diagnose faulty parts that are returned to factory
- To liaise with customer and process of orders for replacement parts

3) Continuous Improvement of Installation Documentation and Videos

4) Installation Support
- To have sufficient knowledge of the product range, it is envisaged that there will be an extensive period of onsite installation support
- Regularly spend time on site experiencing installation

- Experience in understanding products in enough detail to explain, train and talk through with customers and installers to bring clarity or diagnose issues.
- Flexible and adaptable with great time management skills
- Good communication skills at all levels (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Intermediate use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and a willingness to learn new IT skills as appropriate.
- Experience with using MRP software in a manufacturing environment
- UK Driving License and Valid Passport for worldwide travel.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
