**The Day to Day**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for a variety of marketing channels
- Create strong concepts for briefs
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent use across all materials
- Taking ownership of your work from concept to completion Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role
- Conceptual thinker and creative designer with strategic problem solving skills
- Ability to create artwork for print and digital, quickly and accurately
- Solid knowledge of print production processes
- Comfortable presenting your work to the Senior Leadership team
- Self-motivated and passionate about design and enjoy working as part of a small team
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

**About you**
